These website terms do not replace a signed construction, remodeling, design, installation, or professional-services agreement. The signed agreement controls the project.
Website and portal use
You may use this website to learn about services, request a consultation, and—when invited—access project information. Keep personal invitation links and account access private. Do not attempt to access another client’s information, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, or use materials unlawfully.
Estimates and feasibility
Website content, preliminary ranges, draft estimates, schedules, and technical observations are informational until incorporated into an authorized written agreement. Feasibility conclusions may depend on surveys, engineering, permits, utility information, site conditions, and authority approvals that can change.
Project records and payments
The portal may display costs, receipts, and payments reported as project records. It does not charge a card, debit an account, transfer funds, issue refunds, or otherwise process money. A portal entry is not a bank receipt and does not replace the payment terms or records required by the signed project agreement.
Documents
Project documents are provided for the authorized project and recipient. Ownership, permitted use, reliance, and distribution of drawings, plans, photos, reports, licenses, and other documents remain subject to the applicable professional and project agreements.
Communications
When you provide consent, Renovate ProMaster may contact you about an inquiry or project by phone, email, or text. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help.
Availability and changes
We work to keep information accurate and the portal available, but maintenance, provider outages, and data updates may occur. We may improve these terms and will post the effective date of material updates here.
